Datai Peak

There are two routes to Puncak Datai and participants can choose according to their fitness and ability.

The first route is easier where the ascent starts from the Datai Tunnel, climbs to the peak and descends following the same route and ends at Temurun Waterfalls. The entire journey up and down takes 4 to 6 hours.

The second route is known as Datai Loop where the hiker starts from the Datai Tunnel to the top. The trip down will go through Datai Waterfalls which is located higher than Temurun Waterfalls and this route is more challenging than the first route. The climb ends at the Temurun Waterfalls parking area. The whole trip takes between 5 to 7 hours.
