Kelam Baya

For those who are adventurous and want to explore something different in Langkawi. Chabang Island and Kelambaya Island are located opposite Tanjung Rhu Beach. These islands are part of the Kilim Karst Geoforest Park, where the rock formations found here are made of limestone that is 400 million years old. Participants will kayak from Tanjung Rhu to Chabang Island and then explore the top of Kelambaya Island which offers an interesting view.

Every year, these two islands are accessible by walking when the sea level drops to its lowest. For 2023, this phenomena will happen on 22nd February 2023.

Duration: 4 hours
